Assessment helps students to understand how they are progressing in their learning and what they need to do next. Throughout the year students will complete both formal and informal assessment activities.

The Assessment Handbook for each Year group identifies all of the formal assessment that a student will complete in a year. These tasks are used to assess how well a student understands the content and concepts covered in the relevant subject at a point in time.

Students have access to their assessment handbooks through the student Intranet site and parents can access these Assessment Handbooks below.
