The school commends Year 11 students, Sanjana, Shyler and Nicole who have been selected to complete the HEX High Accelerator program.

Catherine McAuley has partnered with HEX (Higher Education Experience) to offer a significant opportunity to three selected students in Year 11.

The students will complete the HEX High Accelerator program over the next six weeks, exploring the world of innovation and entrepreneurship.

The program is designed to assist students with developing their creativity and problem solving skills, discover new technologies and the fast changing world of startups.

On successful completion of the course, students will receive a Graduate Academic Record from the University of Sydney which can be used as recognised prior learning at certain universities both in Australia and overseas.

The students participate in the program online, outside school hours with weekly tutorials and optional drop in mentoring sessions with industry professionals.

We commend the students, Sanjana, Shyler and Nicole on undertaking this course alongside their Year 11 studies over the coming weeks.
